DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
My focus is on getting the best possible results with each patient and with all the different rules and policy regulations from all of the different insurance plans, I do not bill insurance. However, I do provide you with a “superbill” which is a receipt with all of the codes and procedures that you can submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that every insurance plan is different and reimbursement is dependent upon your individual plan, deductible, copay, coinsurance, etc.
PERSONAL INJURY/CAR ACCIDENTS
If you have an open claim, we bill personal injury once verification has been completed.
