Given the high demand for scheduling we do require payment before we can schedule your appointment. Our new patient appointment is $225 and can be paid by following the link below. Once paid our scheduler will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Regarding insurance, we do not bill health insurance. However, we do provide patients with a “superbill” receipt that can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement. (Contact your insurance and ask them what your “out of network benefits” are)
